Small Business Opportunity Program

Grow Your Business With Support That Works

The Clark County Small Business Opportunity Program (SBOP) is free of charge and has helped hundreds of local small businesses turn government contracting opportunities into real business growth. SBOP’s hybrid approach gives you structured online learning, live sessions, Q&A, and mentor support, designed to meet you where you are. If you’re an eligible small business owner ready to expand your opportunities, enroll in SBOP to learn at your own pace.

Why Join the Clark County Small Business Opportunity Program

  • Build your ability to win government and public sector contracts with local governments, schools, and agencies instead of staying on the sidelines.
  • Get guided instruction and practical coaching so you don’t have to guess your way through the government procurement and purchasing process.
  • Develop meaningful relationships and networks that give you access, visibility, and opportunities many small firms miss.
  • Use proven methods that have helped hundreds of local vendors experience tangible results.
  • Learn best practices that have helped many SBOP graduates also enjoy better success in private contracting.

You Don’t Have to “Go It Alone”

Studies have shown that fewer than 5 in 10 new businesses survive to their fifth year.

With experienced support and strategic training, you’re positioning your business with intention, not guesswork, increasing your chances of success.

With zero cost to join, you’ll get tools, knowledge, and access that takes some businesses years to build.

Join SBOP and turn your ambition into access, your service into contracts, and your small business into a strong competitor.
